When an Author submits a paper or article to the Publisher, the Author is obliged to sign and return a Consent to Publish Form, which will be provided by the Editor of the proceedings. By submitting a paper for publication the Author agrees to transfer the copyright of his paper to the Publisher, and the Publisher has the right to publish the paper.
All article must be written in correct English, illustrating an unambiguous idea of the line of reasoning articulated in the paper and the conclusion(s) reached. Authors should clearly demonstrate the objective(s) of the study, research methodology used, the object of the study and source of data. Results must be presented as clearly and detailed as possible. Articles must not have been submitted elsewhere for publication, published or submitted for presentation electronically or in hard copy. The minimum number of words per full paper is 4000 words for regular contribution.
